ZTZ Pure is a skincare brand focused on natural, organic ingredients for Afro-Caribbean women. They provide support for problematic skin and promote wellbeing through customer care and a community group.
Their core values perfectly align ZTZ Pure with The Caregiver Brand Archetype.

ZTZ Pure’s previous branding struggled to communicate their core values and lacked visual consistency across packaging and digital platforms.

Their new identity evokes nature and wellbeing, with a colour palette that is warm, calming and organic. The typography is soft and feminine with a flowing logo that symbolises plantation, growth and the connection of a supportive community of women.

The main challenge for this brand was to convey its caring and warm nature through the logo. The letters ZTZ can feel masculine and harsh, with their straight edges and a zigzag effect when placed side by side, which clashed with the desired brand essence. To soften the typography and reflect a natural, nurturing feel, I experimented with various sketches and creative approaches. By curving the tail of the 'Z' into a leaf shape and connecting the letters 'u,' 'r,' and 'e,' the final design evokes a sense of growth and fluidity.

My client was so thrilled with the rebrand that she requested additional collateral to further enhance her brand presence. We continued collaborating to create this roller banner, designed for point of sale and as a backdrop for live broadcasts and social media reels.
